“First off, this product is incredibly small and the photos are extremely deceptive. With that said, I figured I would try it out for sleep. I've owned it about a week and lo: the material has essentially lost all of it's firmness. I'm disappointed and too lazy to return it. I'll just continue to take my shopping off of TRAKK and more direct. These experiences keep stacking up and I've no tolerance for poor quality controls: anywhere, periot. Buyer beware.”
“Though this device arrived exactly as advertised, It didn't help my leg pain. I am a very tall man (6'4 250 lbs) with chronic knee pain. I usually sleep with a large pillow between my legs which helps considerably. I decided to try something new to sleep even better. The first couple of weeks I used the small pillow with no issues. It didn't feel a whole lot different than a normal pillow but it is not very long and is very wide between your legs. On week three I developed some severe lower back pain. I didn't connect this pain to the new pillow for quiet awhile. After going to the chiropractor a few times , I switched back to my old pillow. This new pillow seems to spread my legs apart to much, creating some strain on my hips and lower back. Once I got rid of it, my back pain subsided. If your a larger person, maybe use caution.”
“As someone with chronic back pain from having scoliosis and two spinal fusions (and I'm only in my 20s!) I've noticed a huge difference when I use this pillow in between my knees. That being said, I'm also a very restless sleeper and move around a lot. Because of that, it often gets lost in the depths of my comforter. My only complaint is that there isn't some sort of Velcro / stretchy strap to keep it around my thigh and have it stay in place. If you're a “normal' sleeper, I suspect this will work well for you. :)”
“This pillow was highly rated but I found that the memory foam concave section where the knees rested 'squished down' to about 2" when placed between the knees. It did not give me enough separation between the knees to offer much back relief when sleeping. I had been using a standard size pillow, which worked pretty well, but it was so large that when turning over, I had to wake up to lift the sheet to allow me to turn from one side to the other. I am 5'8'' and 190 lbs. so my size wasn't abnormal (although one could argue correctly that 190 lbs isn't ideal) but it isn't in my legs so they are normal size. Very well constructed but just not dense enough to generate the 5-6" of separation I need.”
“Came as promised. It looks like all the other models that TRAKK advertises. Priced in the middle of the pack. It does relieve pain but the thickness is too much. I find it uncumfortable after 30 min or so. Best I can say is it is ok. I would like it to be a bit thinner where it fits between the knees. The memory foam is fine but if it had a way to remove some to adjust how far apart it keeps your knees would be a great idea in my opinion.”
“I really have not had ample time to rate this pillow. Currently I am dealing with another malady, so I have postponed using the pillow until later. My daughter swears by it, so I am confident that when I use it, I will be totally satisfied.”
“I love this pillow. I've had it three weeks and can't get to sleep without it. At 70 I have significant hip pain and the pillow allows me to sleep comfortably. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat. Even though the cover is washable, I bought two zippered travel pillowcases that match my sheets to keep it from getting dirty.”
“I was having knee pain for weeks. I would wake up in the middle of the night with a burning sensation. After using this pillow for only a couple of days while sleeping, it gradually got better. Now the pain is completely gone. The pillow is well made and extremely comfortable.”
