“This feels great on my feet and I love the padded foot rests like this compared to my old plastic one from Uplift that broke after a month. However, the product images are a little deceptive, you need to actually read the description. The image seems to indicate that the top part can rise and telescope off the bottom part. It does not. The only adjustability is whether or not you have the base panel attached or not. And then you can flip it over with or without the base. Still worth it though. We'll see how it holds up with use.”

“Before adding this to my cart I read the reviews, as I always do, and was concerned about some of the negative reviews showing the product didn't arrive as expected. I don't normally write reviews or post pictures but I am very happy with my purchase and, as you can see from the pictures I'm sharing, it arrived as expected. It wasn't damaged, deflated, etc. as some others have apparently experienced. I sit at my office desk for 9 plus hours a day and I have a very good chair with lumbar support, but I was still experiencing lower back pain because my feet and legs weren't at the correct position. This foot rest allows my feet and legs to be at the proper position, thus reliving the lower back pain I had.”
“Since I've been working from home, I noticed my ankles swelling frequently. That was something that hadn't happened to me previously. Looked up the possible reasons and found that sitting all day can cause swelling. I “sat all day' at the office but didn't realize how much more often I was walking around to go to the printer, rest room, break room and to and from the train. After reading reviews, I ordered this one. Ankles have not swelled once, not even a little bit, since I started using this. I didn't experience pain before using this so I can't speak to pain relief from this product. If you're looking for something to help with swollen ankles, then look no further! For reference, I'm 5'2' and my feet did touch the floor in my work chair before buying this.”
