The rounded surface sometimes sags a bit in the middle, but I've been able to re-shape it by simply turning it over and using the flat surface for a couple of hours.I can't speak to claims of pain relief, since that's not why I ordered it, but it hasn't hasn't created any new pain, so I gave it a neutral rating in that category.It also works well as a bed support for reading, knee support, back stretching, or whatever you might think of.I'm pleased with it and would recommend it for anyone.”
