“A really useful, nice, clever, simple product. It can be used either rounded side up or down. In may case (5'3"), it is sufficiently high to relieve the pressure of sitting on a chair, as well as of lower back. It is also a nice exercise (movement), when used with the rounded, rocking side down. There is a velcroed base of about 2", that can be removed, if you are a taller person, and don't need all the height. The black case is removable, for washing. The inner foam (filling) is quite sturdy, yet comfortable, and portends many years of use. The rectangular base (both in fact) have little anti-skid dots, so that the item won't slide while being used. I do recommend.”
