“I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boss since she always takes her heels off and sits at a desk all day while suffering from a bad back . I returned it before giving it to her because in the advertisement the packaging looked good and when I opened the brown TRAKK box it was just wrapped in clear plastic with no instructions. Also I chose a plush look and it looked like a hashed down piece of foam . Not eye appealing or worth the money in my opinion.”
“I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned false advertising. I too was expecting something that was adjustable and able to be tilted to the side. I could get over that not being the case and chock it up to my own inattention to detail. What I can't get over is the fact that this “foot rest' is essentially just a glorified pillow. That they're charging $50 for. The price for the product is simply absurd for what you receive. I expected much better. The bottom is also not slip proof or even slip resistant for that matter. The thing slides all over the place. If I had paid $25 for this pillow I might be happy with what I received, but $50 is a major over price in my opinion. Over all I would not purchase this again. I'd return but after opening and using don't feel it would be appropriate of me to return the product in a “used' condition.”
