“Bought this for working from home now and I need to be as ergonomic as possible (lower back issues). This arrived today and I was surprised it was only in a plastic bag, inside the TRAKK box...no big deal. Unwrapped it and tried it out immediately. For me, the height of it with the attached base was too much. Once I removed the flat base (which attaches with velcro), it was perfect. It managed to keep my legs in a better position so as not to put extra strain on my back and hips. The best part is it feels so good on my bare feet. I make tons of phone calls and long interviews by phone so the extra comforting tactile experience is great. I found myself rubbing the soles of my feet on it while I was talking to clients. I can't say I am going to change this review ever, because I love this thing already. Get one. Your feet will thank you.”
