“I'm always a bit surprised and relieved when products actually arrive in the condition I hope for. This one did. Ordered it in the evening and rec'd it at 5:00am the following morning at no extra charge. Cool! I have fairly big feet and the size is perfect. I had read a comment or two about being too squishy, but that is not remotely the case for the one I rec'd. It is very firm (as I hoped for). It is just a plain black, yet looks as nice as you would expect.. Height is a bit better than expected. These are of course floor cushions, not ottomans so they are about 6 inches high. Only time will tell if it helps my swelling ankles and if it last. But initial impression is it seems a well made product. I may update after some time.”
“It was hard for me to select a foot rest and so, I wrote this review to help others decide.The unit came securely wrapped in tough plastic film that kept it clean. It is all new material and good stitching. The foot rest did not lose its form once it was out of the packaging. The two pieces can be separated. Both pieces have a velour/flannel covering on top and sides and the bottoms are black polyester or nylon with no-slip rubber beads to help keep it in place. Both covers are removable (zippered) for washing.Three months later, the foot rest is still firm and has retained its shape. The reason I rated "pain relief" 3 stars is because I did not buy it for pain relief and son I rated it in the middle (3 of 5 stars) -- in other words, I do not have an opinion in regard to pain management.”
“It's a good product. I got it beside I often tuck my leg under me at my desk and it's not promoted good posture. Whereas this is a nice product that does help posture - I didn't find it sustainably comfortable for long periods of time. Might just be me.”
“Thought this foot rest would be a bit firmer and be more supportive. It is pretty soft and not what I was looking for. Decided not to return because I already used it. Just note if your looking for something with more support for your feet, don't buy this foot rest!!!!”
