“I bought this foot rest as a Christmas gift for my son who has had back surgery and sits at a desk as his daily activity. I tried the foot rest out at my desk as I have always used one before I retired at my job. It was comfortable for me and I'm hoping it will be for him. If he likes it I'll purchase another one for use at his home computer.”
“Using this on carpet and it has been great so far. it stays in once place and the quality seems to be well made. you can rotate it and becomes a rocker footrest (havent used it much with this option)will it solve your backache. No, you need to do yoga :)”
