I think this product cause me more pain than it relieved, but it is easy to setup and it does help force my back into an arch I normally would not achieve... So I think it is serving it's purpose, I think my back is just bad after 36 years of not taking care of it.

I go to a chiropractor very regularly. And while that helps quite a bit, I find that my adjustment doesn't "stick" for very long. I got this and found that if I lay on it every morning, that my adjustment lasts longer. And any reduction in pain, is a good thing for me!

I got this after having back pain that got worse from sitting at my desk too long. I have been using it for 10 minutes as needed on the lowest level. After 5 months I moved to the second level today and this is so great! Don't get me wrong it is uncomfortable but in a good way. You feel so much better after!

Comfortable and provides good stretch at same time.I purchased this back stretcher to replace a different one that broke. After using this one for two months I have decided I like it better and I think it is more durable. The fact that it is adjustable is nice. The level 3 stretch is too much for me. I use position one or two.

This is just ok. I wish it was wider to cover the whole back area instead of only just your spine. It's very uncomfortable to lay on. It cuts into my sides when I lay on it and I'm only 140lbs.

I used this to stretch out after two day-long sessions ripping out carpet then installing new flooring. I had muscle aches the next day but no back pain. The nubs are kind of dumb and uncomfortable but if you have on more than a thin T-shirt they aren't too bad.
