“As I age, I've been encountering back issues and my thoracic spine flexibility has started to get lower.I have an inversion table that helps spacial relief between my vertebrae. However, I needed more help with the thoracic part. This device has done the trick. I used to be able to do the back bridge with a clean C formation with my spine. I am now much closer to doing that and can see myself getting that amount of flexibility back again.I started at the level one arch and now am able to get my back to stretch to the level two arch. This also has helped me do a more relaxed cobra pose and not have pain.I will continue to use this to preserve and improve my back flexibility as I age.Great product.”
“I'm 6'5" and have had terrible lower back pain since I started working from home in March. I looked online for a solution and found this. It is easy to put together as there's only really two pieces to it. The hardest part is figuring out how to relax the tension in your body as you do it. It takes some time to figure out, but once you do, you'll feel it. I have an athletic build and I'm in good shape, weighing 235 lbs. and this thing supports my weight no problem. It never feels like it's going to fail or break under my weight. I started off on the 'beginner' setting and after about a month I switched to the 'moderate' setting (there's three settings). I started to notice more of a difference once I made the switch to the moderate setting, although I would not suggest jumping right in to moderate, no matter how flexible you think you are. It's best to get used to the thing first, then to move up to the next setting. Before I started using this, I couldn't sit in my desk chair for 30 minutes straight, now I can sit at my desk chair for a full 8 hour workday no problem. I use this to stretch my back out anywhere from two to three times a day at five minutes a session. I'll do one in the morning, one at lunch, and one after work has concluded.”
“This really does help to stretch my back and to alleviate my sciatic pain. The material is hard plastic with hard plastic pressure bumps on both sides of the softer middle spinal piece. It's not easy to situate it comfortably, but I use it only 5 minutes per day. I was willing to give it a try, and it seems to be helping.”
“Since working an office job, I'm slouched over for hours a day. Back stiffness was present and stretches on YouTube weren't cutting it. I searched TRAKK and found this... I could say after a few minutes a day of using this thing I've already felt my back stiffness freeing up. You just can't get this type of stretch that supports your arch from a foam roller or a towelThe lumps are a little uncomfortable at first but you ease into them. Plus the foam insert on the spine area makes it real comfortable to lay on.”
