“I suffer from muscle tension in my mid back and shoulders. I've tried a lot things to relive it. I see a chiropractor twice a month and it works for a short period. So I've been using this for a few days. Level one I found was very easy no problem so I went to level 2. Five mins maybe a few longer and what a difference. The little spikes people complain about...those are for your trigger points to help with tension, those are awesome for that. Mid back I just scoot further down so the arch is at my back, use a pillow for your head.Make sure you bend the board a little before you try and put it together, when you change levels just slide it out sideways rather than trying to push it flat and out of base, it's difficult that way.So far I like this, your cat will too because mine used this as a way to get pets and lay on my head!”
