TRAKK Cervical Traction Device Reviews

I sit at a computer desk 10 hours a day. This is a life saver for me. I will take a break during the day and lay on this to stretch out my neck and then once again before going to bed. I would occasionally have tingling sensations in my upper back because of my poor posture and this has made those go away!

it was awkward in the neck area, hard to give good feedback at the moment or future. The lower back is a for sure thing to purchase.

It doesn't feel like it's doing much while using it, but it definitely decreases pain after you're done. I use it a lot while sitting in my recliner watching TV, it puts my head in the perfect viewing position and allows my neck to rest. I had a double fusion in my neck several years back and this really helps.

As a translator, I've been suffering from back/neck pain of varying type and intensity for about three years. I've seen this item mentioned in a discussion forum for people with back pain and decided to give it a try. I was worried as I have a minor cervical bulge diagnosed and frequently suffer from neck stiffness but was pleasantly surprised. I've been using it on the lowest setting (about 7 mins several times per day), it feels good on the neck, reasonably comfortable (minor discomfort around the shoulder blades "melts away" after a while when I relax properly) and the position makes my shoulder blades pain disappear. I don't think it does miracles, it doesn't instantly cure acute stiffness (in my case) but I feel like my upper back is more relaxed and I have a better head posture in general. I guess there will be gradual benefits from everyday usage. Good item for health breaks from sitting.

This is not for those who've had surgery. Or those whose back is severely damaged like mine. If you are already limber and do not have muscles of stone lol this will work great for you! But if you've got a back like mine with muscles that are hard as granite and a spine that feels like it's been shattered. You might wanna pass this on by.
