“I feel like i throw my back out 1-2 times a year and never wanted to buy something like this because it looked cheap (like an infomercial item). I admittedly don't use it to stretch my back on the ground too often but I sit at a desk all day and even though i've been through a couple "ergonomic" chairs i never found great support. “I have chronic back pain from an injury incurred in the military and I am always on the hunt for rehab/fitness stuff that eases my intense daily back pain. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks, 1-2 times a day (xmas present) and I have noticed a slight reduction in pain and it now feels more dull. I especially enjoy how easy it is to use.I do have a couple questions that I have not found answers for yet:1. How long is too long for a single session? I honestly fell asleep for about 30 minutes (because I was so relaxed) and woke up because my back was crazy tingly. Is there a recommended maximum at all?2. After using for 10-15 minutes (maybe it's me personally) I feel an intense stiffness, and I have to be extra careful with my body movements for about 5-10 minutes after. Should I not use it until talking with a professional? I will definitely be showing this to my rehab guy and my primary care but I would say my day has improved overall and I will continue to use this magical thing. :) thank you!”
