A surprisingly sturdy little gadget that is very easy to set up and user friendly. My neck is already feeling better after only 3 or 4 uses this week. After dealing with years of poor posture, damaged neck and excruciating pain, I've got to say that I'm impressed!!

Very good for your neck but the prongs in the back leave indications in your body that kind of hurt a little bit.

This device is so simple to use and because you are laying down when using it and the traction comes from the weight of your head, it feels very safe. I have had neck problems since severe whiplash when I was 22 years old. I'm 72 now and just discovered this. Because of my age, safety is key so most of my stretches are done on the floor. The pressure points also help relieve the tension in my shoulders making the neck stretch even more effective in relieving overall tension in neck/shoulder area. C Brown

This thing is too flimsy to work. Bends when I lay on it. Not very effective.

For years, maybe decades, I have had a painful knot at the base of my neck, between neck and right shoulder. Heat would sometimes help but it would never go away. Probably from using a computer all day and sitting with a phone or book all night. This neck stretcher really works on that knot! I can feel it deeply stretching my neck and shoulders out. And that stretch feels great! The first night I used it, I woke up with less neck shoulder pain than ever. Definitely recommend.

Good basic neck stretcher. Hard plastic a bit uncomfortable. Recommend using with a small cloth or towel as covering/cushioning.
