This is easy to set up and use. Unfortunately, it is very uncomfortable and caused increased pain in my neck. I had a soft material neck stretcher that I thought was too soft, as it turns out it was just right.

I like that the product is adjustable as to the height of the back stretching area. The whole thing seems to hit all the right trigger points to help relax my upper back and neck.

I sit at a desk all day and have arthritis in my neck. This feels great after a long tense day.

My neck had been aching for MONTHS. I could also feel it triggering down my left arm. I knew it was from my posture while at the computer but I couldn't seem to alter my position consistently. Instead, I saw a chiropractor twice a week as well as a massage therapist. Not to mention all the self-massage trying to find relief. Every morning I would wake up stiff from neck pain. After reading several reviews for this device and some others, I spent $20 (a fraction of my medical costs for this problem). I am female with a long neck so I adjusted it to the next-to-last slot and laid down on it. I slowly shifted my head left and right and rested on the pain points. It was painful! I spent about 15 minutes. I had no idea my occipital muscles were so tight or that they were related to the neck, shoulder, and arm pain I'd been experiencing. Later that evening, the pain I'd been feeling for months was gone. I was afraid to mention it to my husband for fear I would wake up from this dream. But, three days later, the pain is gone. Now I'm using it for maintenance. If I'm working closely at my computer, I take a short break to rest on the device. I also do it at the end of the workday. I just cancelled all my chiropractic appointments. Amazing!

It's a relaxing resting position, but doesn't actually stretch your neck or back. There is little relief in your upper back when using this.

This gives a great gentle stretch, however when I received this the blue padding was not included.
