“I have lower back pain daily these days so I was looking for something that might help. Bought this back stretcher and have been pleasantly surprised! It is tough to do when you first start as your back is tight and tense. Stick with it and slowly try to relax your muscles. By the time 5 minutes is up, you'll notice your back slowing becoming accustomed to the device. After several days of doing this, my back lumbar feels so much better. Less pain for sure. All it takes is 5 minutes a day!”
“I was really hoping this would help stretch out and relieve my back pain. There are set levels on the device so if you are in between two levels there's not much you can do. I found it more painful and did more harm than good. Two tennis balls for me work better.”
“DON'T BUY THIS! The first red light is that the marketing shows a little 20 something year old girl on this thing. The second red lght is that this product is of Chinese origin. The third red light is that the seller does not back this product. Don't expect a refund. The fourth red light that lights up everything RED, is the injury I succumbed to. A numbing muscular pain begain later that day on my lower right side about 4 inches from the lumar area. It was so nagging that I lost my appetite, lost sleep and time mostly sitting in a recliner. One other caveat is nothing is market on this devise that caustions the use to point the narrow ened towards his head. Horrible! Never ever again!”
“I'm changing my review. OK, at first I didn't like it, the spiked HURT! simple fix, just flip it over to the non spike side.I added some extra foam down the center for more comfort. I can now say this item is not bad and helps a little for my back.”
