“I really like this product, I bought it after I pulled my back and it helped me slowly stretch it out. Be careful though, I feel like I could pull it worse trying to get off of it!! I always roll off it onto my stomach and get up from there.It's not super comfortable, but the shape is good for an occasional back stretch. Be sure to start from the lowest setting, you could really hurt yourself if you slam down on the high arch, I've done it!! But good support overall, I probably wouldn't buy it again though.”

“I had tried one similar to this several years ago and was surprised how well it helped! That was my sons' so I was only able to use it once in awhile. Haven't had much pain in back for years since then but I "pulled" something during exercise and wasn't getting any relief. Doc even gave me muscle relaxants and they barely relieved the pain/ache. Decided to get this and try it again. Price is right and I already knew about it. This one is a bit "fancier" than the one my son had but works the same! I feel the relief almost immediately! Still on 1st position for now.”
