I am in my 20s with a herniated disc in my back. I constantly have back pain from lying down, sitting, standing, walking, etc.Every time I use this... omg.... I'm in heaven!Yes it's uncomfortable when you first use it, because it puts pressure on your upper body, but give it a minute and it provides SUCH a good, relaxing pain relief. I usually use it for a couple of minutes stretching out my lower back, then my upper back. The pain relief is so relaxing that I've quickly napped on it lol! You definitely feel refreshed after using this. It doesn't provide a permanent relief, but it does take you off of moderate back pain to maybe mild back pain.

It is very uncomfortable with those little nails needles pegs, whatever you want to call it sticking out. It gives a good stretch, but it does not help with my back. I still wake up with back pain and I use this very often, thinking that it will eventually improve my back aches, but so far it has not. I've had this long enough to see some type of improvement. It is definitely not what I saw on facebook either.

It feels cheap. It seems like a cheap imitation of a decently conceived product. I wonder if the $60 version feels less like a cheap hasbro torture toy and more like "wellness" equipment. I'd recommend getting a sturdy styrofoam fulcrum from a PT or Chiro. This is going to Goodwill.
