“I wish I took a before and after picture of my neck. I had a really bad neck bump. My neck was curved the wrong way and I constantly had a lot of pain and tension everyday. My Chiropractor suggested I start rolling up a towel and lying on it for a few minutes a day. I started that, but I always felt like it wasn't enough. I bought this after a lot of research and started using it on the daily. It took a while to adjust to. I had to use it in little amounts until I could lay on it for 5-10 minutes. It's not exactly comfortable if you're trying to use it to slowly adjust your neck, but after a while you get used to it.I say it's the best decision I made because after a month of staying consistent with it, my husband and I saw my neck no longer had the bump. I've been in a lot less pain and have a lot less tension in my neck and upper back. I recommend this item if you struggle with the same thing as I did. However, don't push yourself or you might end up with migraines like I had in the beginning. Take time to warm up to it.”
