“Certainly easy to use. Not very comfortable on the back of your head though. I use it either at night or in the morning for a good 10 to 15 minutes. I am starting to see a real difference in the hump on my neck. All in all I'd say it's a very decent purchase and I will continue to use it to try and fix my neck problem more.”
“If you like pain then this is good for you. It does make your neck pain go away but you have to lay on this hard piece of plastic for awhile before you get use to it and then your neck pain will go away.”
“So, I have had on and off back pain for the last several years. 6yrs ago had surgery and I have been better but it seems as though once or twice a year it starts acting up and only way for me to get better is take 1-3months off work and do nothing. Desperate to stay in work I found this little e contraption. For under $30 I thought what the heck see if it works because my issues are in my lower back, so it's hard to stretch out. I was having trouble getting up and down and extending my right leg to walk. The pain was waking me up every night. I got this in the mail, laid down on it and thoughtwhat a bust. Waste of $$. However, desperate to see relief I decided to keep up with it and see where it left me. I tried it only a minute or two the first time. Then the next morning when I woke up I was not as sore but still not 100%. I set it in the middle setting and just laid on it for about 2 or 3 minutes..MAN DID THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Today I am having a much easier time getting around from just 2 uses. When you are laying on it, it really does not feel like it is doing much but holy moly does it work. After 3 weeks of walking like an 86 yr old woman I am finally feeling relief without pain pills or narcotics. I am thrilled it is something so inexpensive and easy!! I am really happy I gave this one a go!”
“You absolutely need to check with your chiropractor, spine doctor or family doctor before buying this device. Less than two days after using this device for only five (5) minutes, I had to go to the hospital with the worst pain in my back that I have experienced in a lot of years. I have degenerative disc disease in L4-L5 and L5-S1 and experience lower back pain on a regular basis and I thought this might help stretches the muscles out a little bit. I used this at about 5pm on a Tuesday for five (5) minutes on the lowest level, woke up on Wednesday with a little more back pain that lasted all day long and then on Thursday I felt pain like I haven't felt in a lot of years. I had to have a neighbor drive me to the hospital I was in so much pain. I am not saying that this device caused all that pain but it was pretty coincidental. If you are thinking about purchasing this device or a similar device please check with your doctor(s) before you do. “Game changer for me. I almost took one star off because once you get it to the second position, it's a little hard to keep it locked in place in first position. But I couldn't because it's workable and it's just the best stretch ever. Please please don't rush out of the first position. Be super flexible on that before you move up. I start in the morning with first and then go to second position. I am so happy to do it a few times a day.I have been using it for two weeks now and just finished cleaning the house. Usually my back would be absolutely miserable and my day would be done. Today my back feels amazing. No lower back pain and no upper. And I feel taller and like my posture is better.I'm so happy and thankful!!”
