“Stays where you need it to I've only had a chance to use the pack once, but it really did help! I'd come home from a long day of housekeeping work doing a lot of bending and lifting and stretching, and usually struggle with debilitating pain and stiffness starting shortly after getting home. But I put the cold pack on right away, before the pain became excruciating, and it seemed to prevent the worst of it.I carry some extra weight around the middle and had been concerned about fit and comfort, but I had no issues with either. I had length to spare and the straps have a little stretch to them as well.”
