I use heat and cold on my back so this is perfect because I can choose to freeze or heat the gel pack. And sometimes I wear it without the gel insert just for the support. It's comfortable and functional and gives me just the right amount of support. And you can be mobile while you get pain relief. I highly recommend it.”

“I've only had a chance to use the pack once, but it really did help! I'd come home from a long day of housekeeping work doing a lot of bending and lifting and stretching, and usually struggle with debilitating pain and stiffness starting shortly after getting home. But I put the cold pack on right away, before the pain became excruciating, and it seemed to prevent the worst of it.I carry some extra weight around the middle and had been concerned about fit and comfort, but I had no issues with either. I had length to spare and the straps have a little stretch to them as well.”
