“My lower back is an area I struggle with to relieve chronic pain. I've tried heating pads and ice packs but it's always an awkward and ineffective process. This perfectly contours to my lower back area providing good relief. It's well made and has stood up to daily use with ease. “I've only had a chance to use the pack once, but it really did help! I'd come home from a long day of housekeeping work doing a lot of bending and lifting and stretching, and usually struggle with debilitating pain and stiffness starting shortly after getting home. But I put the cold pack on right away, before the pain became excruciating, and it seemed to prevent the worst of it.I carry some extra weight around the middle and had been concerned about fit and comfort, but I had no issues with either. I had length to spare and the straps have a little stretch to them as well.”

“Great for lower back pain I rarely write reviews but this is terrific. All others I've seen are straight across the back but because of its shape this gives the relief in the lower back that I need. I've only had it a few days so I can't say how it will hold up but don't see how it wouldn't. Velcro is stron and stays in place. Love that it came with 2 gel packs.”
“This may be for a lady but a 200 lb. Man and I use for my back and it fit fine. Ice packs are great and nice that you get 2. Each pac last approx. 2 hr. Had bruised ribs and without ice to hold them in so I could cough.”
