“Great for lower back pain I rarely write reviews but this is terrific. All others I've seen are straight across the back but because of its shape this gives the relief in the lower back that I need. I've only had it a few days so I can't say how it will hold up but don't see how it wouldn't. Velcro is stron and stays in place. Love that it came with 2 gel packs.”

“Careful when heating Disclaimer - I bought this for my husband - not me - and he loves it. The belt holds securely on the lower back. The ice packs last for quite a while and have helped his back tremendously. Be careful when you heat in microwave - OK, he did not read the directions complete. Surprise ... One did burst, so that one was a goner. I ordered another belt, as hou can't seem to buy the gel packs separately.”
“Ordered for personal use and have only used it 'hot" both for my lower back and, on occasion, for my knee also. Does take about 55 to 65 seconds in my microwave to heat fully but lasts for awhile after that.Highly recommend.”
