“It works well overall. I dowish they would stay cold a little longer. However they last as long as Drs recommend Icing (20 mins) and it probably last double that or more. I'm waiting for someone to invent electric ice pack, so it can be worn all day. Until then this willhave to do!”
“Disclaimer - I bought this for my husband - not me - and he loves it. The belt holds securely on the lower back. The ice packs last for quite a while and have helped his back tremendously. Be careful when you heat in microwave - OK, he did not read the directions complete. Surprise ... One did burst, so that one was a goner. I ordered another belt, as hou can't seem to buy the gel packs separately.”

“This pad freezes quick and stay cold for about 30-40minutes. The elastic band is wide and comfortable. My only complaint is being an average sized American (ok... I'm fat) it almost doesn't reach around me. It has hook and loop fastener that only overlaps about 2inch at most. While this holds the ice pack when I'm still it doesn't hold well when I walk about. I bought 2 other brands that were a bit bigger looking and found this one to be the smallest. Overall I'd buy it again but I'd try and get it on special or as open box like new to get a discount.”
“Nice fit, snug. Comfortable. Good and cold. PROBLEM: We used a bag of frozen peas before we bought this. Birdseye, maybe. Come to think of it, it could have been Green Giant. That aside, THE PEAS LAST MARKEDLY LONGER than this NOT INEXPENSIVE contraption. No, the bag of peas does not have a nice velcro strapâ€â€but I'm less interested in that than the actual effectiveness of the device. Both the "Premium Hot Cold Gel Bead Ice Pack by FOMI Care" and the bag of peas sit in the freezer but, when we need an ice pack, we reach for the BAG OF PEAS FIRST.”
