“Great product, fit barely for size 14/16. It fits to your body comfortably. I like that I can lay flat on top of it bc it's thin and long enough. I can also wear it under my scrubs at work! I've only used the cold option so far. It's nice to have two ice packs so you don't have to go too long without relief and waiting for them to freeze. However, just so you know, I'm a size 14-16 and it just barely wrapped around me to fasten the Velcro. It was comfortable, but a little tricky to attach just right.”
