“I just had major spine surgery on my Lumbar Spine (L3, L4, L5, S1) and ordered this product prior to surgery thinking that it might be helpful when I returned from the hospital. THIS IS AN AMAZING product for anyone that's had Lumbar Spinal issues. I've been using the cold/hot packs to ice my back multiple times a day to help reduce swelling. And the belt itself provides great support while walking inside or outside. “Fits all waist to at least 40" & works great! Comes w/ TWO Ice/Heat packs that fit nicely into a mesh pouch that velcros shut. Its large enough to easily fit waists up to 40", probably much more. Plus its got a strong velcro closure, that sticks anywhere on the belt, so even if its pulled tight or wrapped around a couple times, it will hold, so will work for smaller waists & different places. The gel packs are a unique shape to the belt, but they could be used separate, and you can use different ice packs you have in the pouch on the belt. Great for securing packs to my back. Can be easily adapted for knee or shoulder or use anywhere else. As pictured and”

“This was perfect for my lower lumbar. Use one pack while other one is in freezer. I later developed neck pain, I used it for my neck. I used paks without the belt.Just placed it behind my neck. Really helped alit. I did not use heated method! Happy with my purchase.”
