“The gel beads and the liquid around them freeze solid making is really uncomfortable to wrap around joints. The other gel bead ice packs we have are very pliable and comfortable to use. This ice pack has very few gel beads and more liquid that freezes solid. It is also much smaller than it looks like in the pictures. It is a big disappointment.”
