“I ordered this on a day of a slip and fall accident and it arrived two days later. The injury was first diagnosed as a bruise but then turned out to be two fractures to transverse processes in my lumbar spine. This literally saved my back as it provided the ice and support that was needed for me at the time (but which the doctor unfortunately did not prescribe as they failed to diagnose). Great product!!”
“Trying to keep ice on one's back is tricky and finding a way to keep it there while sitting is a challenge. This holds it tight to your back (and butt) when sitting. It can be shifted higher or lower and doesn't move around. Fits under loose tees without looking too sill but usually I need the layer of cloth or a tee towel so it doesn't initially get too cold - then remove the cloth after it warms a bit. I've worn it to help me run the vacuum cleaner and was pleased. I've not had any trouble with the packs leaking and I have exerted a lot of pressure as I've even worn it to lie on in bed. (I also fit in other cryotherapy packs I have from after surgery.) It truly was just what I was looking for!”

“Their is nothing wrong with this product. The gel is encased with a tough plastic material that's flexible. All these negative comments are because these people don't know how to care or use the product. I'm using it because I was deadlifting in the gym. I'm 60 yo and in great shape. Not obese. Most of America is obese and unhealthy now. Gee why do u have back pain? Maybe because your walking around with 50 pounds of extra weight on your back!! Americans are fat and stupid. I can tell by the Velcro band that it's generous because of our fat bellies. Overall, this product is great if you have a healthy and reasonable body weight . Otherwise, the obese won't do well with this product. Lose some weight and u won't need this product.”

“Not like other gel bead packs. Ice freezes up between the beads and almost gets hard. Bought 2, both do the same thing. The shoulder strap is good though and the size.”
