“For me, this gel pack is so much better than the plain rectangular ones. I have a bundling of nerves (anachroiditis) and several herniations in the low back pressing on nerves. The way this covers the low back all the way down to the tail bone is perfect. I love getting 2 gel packs, so one can be in the freezer or microwave while the other is being used. I sometimes alternate heat and cold. So glad someone thought of this design.”
“Specifically purchased this product bc it has the small beads. This is a must when you are looking for ice relief. The beads make the piece pliable. I have bought several other kinds of hot/cold packs, but when you freeze them, they are like a brick in the shape of however you placed them in the freezer. The beads allow you to shape the ice pack to your need. This also has a wide, a very long velcro strap that makes it easy for you to get around your back without having to struggle for the end of a strap.”
