“Full back coverage My husband has chronic lower back pain. When his old ice pack broke, I ordered him this Back Pain ReliefGel Pack. I like that the gel pack is inserting into the sleeve on the back of the wrap. It doesn't take up too much room in the freezer. It wraps comfortably around his waist which makes him able to move aroundwhile icing his back. He really likes it. I think this can also be used for shoulder pain. Or heat the pack instead of icing it and use for menstrual cramps.”
