Has really helped my pain. Easy to use. It comes with two ice packs. I keep them both in the freezer in the zip-top bag they came in. It says the packs can also be microwaved for use for heat therapy. The packs fit inside a little Velcro pocket inside the belt, and then the thing wraps around the body with Velcro-type closure. It's *almost* too small though. It's a little stretchy so it does work. I'm an overweight 50-ish woman who weighs about 190, although I don't know my waist size. But be aware of that. It's not made for very large people. But if you're my size or smaller, this thing is a godsend.”
