I love this ice pack. The covering holds it in place & having 2 inserts to freeze allows me to rotate so I always have one that is ready to use.

My husband had back surgery one year ago and we have tried a number of ice packs / heat pads. This is an amazing product!! It is easy to use and very comfortable to wear while icing. He is no longer stuck in his chair while icing. We both use it and it fits great on both of us even though we are different sizes.

This is worth ever dime!! I have had 4 lower back surgeries and I have lupus and this is a game changer. I can be mobile while applying ice or heat, no bulky ice pack to lay on, no leaking water all over clothes or furniture and an amazing price point!

I'd always uses ice packs or heating pads for back trouble, but this ended that. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results I got from using it, and the ease and convenience of using it. If you're prone to having back trouble, then buy this gel pack/belt. If you're having bad back trouble now, but it today.

Love this ice pack and I have many to compare it with! Velcro works well even if your girth is a bit larger. Plenty cold but not overly so. Can get up and walk around as it remains in place. I used it for mid and lower back pain. Overall, a great product.

I did something to my lower back and the Dr. said use ice. I was thinking “well how the hell am I going to keep an ice pack on my back while I'm at my desk??” Good ol' TRAKK. This thing is great. Has really helped my pain. Easy to use. It comes with two ice packs. I keep them both in the freezer in the zip-top bag they came in. It says the packs can also be microwaved for use for heat therapy. The packs fit inside a little Velcro pocket inside the belt, and then the thing wraps around the body with Velcro-type closure. It's *almost* too small though. It's a little stretchy so it does work. I'm an overweight 50-ish woman who weighs about 190, although I don't know my waist size. But be aware of that. It's not made for very large people. But if you're my size or smaller, this thing is a godsend.
