“I did something to my lower back and the Dr. said use ice. I was thinking “well how the hell am I going to keep an ice pack on my back while I'm at my desk??†Good ol' TRAKK. This thing is great. Has really helped my pain. Easy to use. It comes with two ice packs. I keep them both in the freezer in the zip-top bag they came in. It says the packs can also be microwaved for use for heat therapy. The packs fit inside a little Velcro pocket inside the belt, and then the thing wraps around the body with Velcro-type closure. It's *almost* too small though. It's a little stretchy so it does work. I'm an overweight 50-ish woman who weighs about 190, although I don't know my waist size. But be aware of that. It's not made for very large people. But if you're my size or smaller, this thing is a godsend.”
