“Many uses I used to hate ice being placed anywhere on my body until my doctor scolded me about actually burning myself due to prolonged use of my heating pad! I found This pain relief gel pack & decided to give it a go. I used quite a bit of material between myself & the ice pack & then as I became more accustomed to it I decreased the padding until I learned to accept the ice as it gave greater relief than the heat with NO damage to my underlaying skin! I just bought my third for a grand-daughter so that should say all that needs to said. It works!!I also use a moist heat on damaged muscles but use the belt to hold it in place as I move around!I highly recommend this ice belt because It goes with me so I do not have to remain in one place & can get some non-strenuous work done!”

“I have persistent lower back pains whenever it snows. When physio or massage therapy becomes less available during the COVID pandemic and with very limited financial coverage with my current drug plan, I am very pleased to find this cold and hot pad to cure my lower back pain.
