“This is a quality gel pack/wrap that allows you to stay mobile while you walk, vacuum, work, cook...The shape is what caught my eye as most are rectangular which does not reach your upper glutes. The combination of heat or cold and compression wrap feels amazing! Plus with 2 gel packs you can alternate use of cold and heat which is very helpful but often isn't convenient to do. Nothing will make spine, hip, and back pain go away or thousands of sufferers would not exist.
