“This ice pack belt it amazing. I've even slept in it. I have several spine issues and chronic pain. When I strap the frozen gel pack on, instant relief. Nothing will make spine, hip, and back pain go away or thousands of sufferers would not exist. This just lessens the pain, I have pinched nerves so maybe it helps with the pain signal to my brain resulting in some relief. I really love this product and now I can not live without it. Especially great for sufferers who want to be active. It's amazingly comfortable. I can even wear a back brace over it when I need more support and it stays cold longer.”
