TRAKK Silica Pearl Hot/Cold Back Wrap Reviews

4.9 Rating 786 Reviews
I had spinal reconstruction surgery 26 years ago and have always had back pain. Most recently I've herniated L5/S1 so my pain has increased. I was wearing other ice packs tied around my midsection with a robe tie looking like a fool. Then I came across this pack online and immediately ordered it. I haven't regretted it for a second. It stays cold for a long time. It comes with a 2nd pack so you can switch them out. Plus, the wrap works great sitting, lying down or walking. I've never used it as a heat pack so I can't comment for that side but the cold is the best!

I lay on my side while sleeping and my dog enjoys laying against my cold back.

I bought this product because I am a Dental Hygienist, and with all the gear we have to wear now, including our KN 95 and N 95 masks, I am EXTREMELY HOT. It works amazingly! I also feel like it has been helpful at easing some of my lower back pain. I would highly recommend this product for lower back pain, or for someone who is just very hot natured. 😁

Bought this for my upcoming lumbar surgery. Last night nerve pain and muscle spasms were horrific. Took these gel pacs out of the freezer and pain was significantly relieved. Ordering an extra set this morning. Great product.

Great Product Have recently had sever sciatic pain down my left buttock to my left foot because of a spinal disk pressing on a nerve. After three weeks of pain meds to control the pain I started Physical Therapy. One of the first things they did was apply a warm gel pack to my back. It was my first gel pack and was very helpful. The next day I checked TRAKK and found this lower back gel pack that could be quickly heated in the microwave and placed in a backpack, then strapped via Velcro. Very clever. It stays in place sitting or standing and heats for about 20 minutes or so. It comes with two packs that can be either frozen or heated, whichever you need. As it conforms to the area needed and stays in place, I really like this product. Highly recommend it.
