“I bought this and the adjustable wrap around ones. I reviewed the wrap around ones too. It's so nice to be able to put the hot or cold pack where you need it and strap it on and go about your business! These are by far my favorites! I don't usually write reviews, but these are so good, I had to! Customer service is awesome too! The other set I bought were left out of the box ( TRAKK, doesn't happen much!). They contacted me almost immediately and issued a refund, which I in turn, ordered another set!! Great product, great service! Couldn't ask for more!!”
