“This is an amazing way to “ice†a sore back. I strained my lower back muscles. This works and stays cold a long time relieving pain. It also offers some support that was a surprise to me but it helps. I haven't used it warm yet but suspect it will be just as good. It's lightweight and comfortable. Having two cold packs included is another bonus. If you need pain relief for your lower back buy this.”
