“Have recently had sever sciatic pain down my left buttock to my left foot because of a spinal disk pressing on a nerve. After three weeks of pain meds to control the pain I started Physical Therapy. One of the first things they did was apply a warm gel pack to my back. It was my first gel pack and was very helpful. The next day I checked TRAKK and found this lower back gel pack that could be quickly heated in the microwave and placed in a backpack, then strapped via Velcro. Very clever. It stays in place sitting or standing and heats for about 20 minutes or so. It comes with two packs that can be either frozen or heated, whichever you need. As it conforms to the area needed and stays in place, I really like this product. Highly recommend it.”

“Unfortunately nothing helps with my back pain which is why I use ice and heat all day/night. I love this! I can take to work, not bulky or heavy. I keep one in the freezer and one for the microwave...perfect! I can use this all day and sleep on my heating pad all night. Love the fact that it comes with two pads so I can use when I need without waiting! Almost wraps around me twice but Velcro is very secure and stays in place.
