“I love this ice pack set. It's a perfect size and covers a generous surface area, and the wrap to strap around you helps so you can walk around and do stuff while icing your back. The mesh compartment holding the ice pack into the wrap is just enough fabric to protect your skin but also ice your back. The ice pack stays surprisingly cold for a long time, I've had it for a few months and right now it's been on my back for about an hour at least and is still cold enough to provide relief.”

The ice pack stays cold for the recommended 15-20 minute icing time.My only complaint/caution would be the sizing. I'm a size 14 and it fits me with 4-6†of extra space depending on how I wear it. I didn't see a size option for longer straps, so for bigger folks this may be too small.”
“Bought this for myself because apparently walking 2 miles when you've been sedentary all winter is strenuous on the back. Who knew. The heat pack was fabulous and the cold pack will not be needed until the outside temperature is sustained above 50. I know I should ice but.. brrrr”
