“A must have for sacroiliac pain relief! This ice pack is what I've been needing for yearsâ€â€I don't know why I didn't seek it out sooner. I suffer from chronic SI joint pain, lower back pain, and just in general the bottom half of my torso is always in some sort of pain. I've used flat ice packs in the past, but my biggest gripe was that it was hard to get them to stay positioned where I needed them, and I couldn't really take them on the go. This ice pack fixes both of those problems! The Velcro band that holds the ice pack is easy to adjust and keeps the pack right where you need it. I like that it's good quality Velcro, because I'm finding that I can also get a pretty good level of compression from it if I want itâ€â€so if you're like me and not quite so bad you need an SI brace but are looking for relief, this is really great. I also LOVE that it comes with two ice packs! I didn't even realize that when I bought it, but it's a great systemâ€â€I use one ice pack while getting ready for bed and fall asleep in it, and then when I wake up I've got the other one in the freezer still all ready to wear to work! It's comfortable, practical, effective, and a great value. I haven't tried using it for heat yet, but just for the ice alone it's worth it! I've been wearing it to work all week and my sacroiliac joints have been much happier.”
