“I am really liking this design, it covers my lower back and stays there, the straps down flop down and stay put with adjustable tightness. Its nice to freely move around with the pack on. The icepacks are larger than most and are comfortable, nothing poking me. I love that 2 icepacks come with this set. The 5yr warranty is a huge bonus. I definitely recommend.”
“PLEASE READ IMPORTANT NOTE: when heating up the Pad in the microwave make sure to do 30 sec first and check the temp of the pad, if you need it to be more hot go ahead and do 30 more sec but DO NOT do 1 or 2 min straight as the plastic will melt and liquid will come out as you can see in a lot of the reviews… but the pads work perfect i suffer from back pain and also just got a lipo and the pads either cold or hot work amazing for me just follow those instructions…”

I have a bulging disk in my L5... icing it is a huge key to keeping the pain level down.. but come on, a full time mom raising two toddlers.. who has time to sit down and ice your back throughout the day?? This thing is awesome, I just strap it on and go about my day. I love that it comes with two ice packs, so when I pull one out of the freezer, I just put the other one in. And you can heat the packs as well, if you want.”

“Works pretty dang well, easy to use The best gel packs I have ever seen, great price, easy to use, doesn't take too long to freeze, deffinymade for low back pain, belt is built well.The only downside that I can see are that it should come in two colors (it doesn't look too manly) and that the pouch seems like it could be made a little better (seems like it may not last as long as the rest of it).”
“I use this ice belt daily. Puts the cold right where I need it on my back. I can strap it on and still be able to walk around, or roll over in bed, or whatever, it stays where I want the ice...right on my lower back. This is my second one. The velcro finally gave away on my first one because I used it so often.”
