“The best gel packs I have ever seen, great price, easy to use, doesn't take too long to freeze, deffinymade for low back pain, belt is built well.The only downside that I can see are that it should come in two colors (it doesn't look too manly) and that the pouch seems like it could be made a little better (seems like it may not last as long as the rest of it).”
