Also the biggest advantage of this belt is that is allows you to get in any position and still have the ice/heat stay in place. I prefer to lay on my side and traditional ice packs just slide off. This one is perfect.The heavy duty neoprene type material is soft, and cushiony. I pouch the ice pack is thin so you get the full benefit of the ice pack. I haven't yet tried the heat because I use a heating pad, but the ice option was cool for well into an hour for me.I only wish I had invested in this a long time ago. I love that it comes with two ice packs, so you can switch them out is a longer icing period is needed.”

“This gel pack is great! I've only used it for heat one time, but hubby & I have both used it many times as a cold pack for back pain. It's perfect the way it fits & is much better than trying to position my big ice pack. I prefer to lay down with a heating pad on my back when I need heat, but this works well for either cold or heat.”
