“I've only used it for cold but this is GREAT for back in pain. It's a get ice pack.. like any other gel ice pack you use. People complaining it doesn't last hours aren't realistic. I love that it comes with two, it lasts 30 minutes to an hour before it loses it's cold. It's a great ice pack to be able.l to ice a sore back but still go about your day. My mom bought one as soon as I told her about it and she loves hers too.”
