I particularly like the fact that it comes with two gel packs so that I can use one, and another one will be ready later when I need it again. The gel pack easily slides into the terrific 'pouch' and then it is simple for me to place it on my back and bring the straps to the front where they Velcro together quickly. The straps themselves are nice and wide so they hold the pouch in place without cutting into my body. Another great quality is the fact that the pack stays cold for a very, very long time!
