“The ease of using this product is great the gel packs do last longer than expected. We have not used it for heat yet. My only complaint is that where the gel pack goes into the belt one of the sides wasn't sewn properly and is separating. The pack won't come out but still should not be separating after a couple of uses. Great product other than that”
