It helps my back pain. Use it all day. Battery can last a bit more. I'm dealing with it.

Heat was fine the vibrating massage was fine, the problem was it just quit working. Used it ten days and then it wouldn't turn on. Returned it. Other than short life span it gave good relief on lower back muscles.

I am so glad I purchased this! I've been having to do long weekly commutes which has not been good for my low back arthritis. This brace is my best friend during the drive. I will turn on the heat 30 mins in to the drive and alternate from hot to least hot (not exactly cool) for the last hour of my drive. For the last 30, I'll turn the massager on and I love how there are three modes. I pair this with a biofreeze patch on the particularly rough mornings and they definitely get me through the drive.

Used for low back pain - the placement of the battery packs were awkward and bothersome to me when sitting…a bit painful pressing into my back at times, in varying positions. If this could be better designed, it'd be a great improvement. Otherwise, pretty neat! Glad to have it, and handy for car trips, etc., when electrical cords can't be used.

Two things I don't like. The heat and massage part are curved and don't hit my pain spots unless I sit with my back up against the back of the chair.I also found the massage too weak.

I bought this as an alternative to the therabody back wrap which costs 3x as much.I will say it looks like a durable product, well made, good vibration and it got hot enough. The problem is a major design flaw at least one other person reviewed: the massager points cause the wrap push away from the body, leaving a gap where the heating element is. This means unless you are laying on it hard or pushing on it, you barely feel the heat. Not everyone will experience this, if you have less body fat, but for me and it looks like a few others, it's a major design oversight.

I was in a bad car accident where a reckless driver hit me about 3 years ago. I have undergone every treatment none to man pretty much except surgery since I'm so young. I have been left with crippling pain despite lifelong pain medication. I have a new job where I sit at a computer desk and even that was extremely hard on my back. I have tried countless things at home including light therapy, accupressure mat, etc but this belt is the first thing to make a drastic difference! I bought it because there were reviews that mentioned herniated discs and it actually making a difference and wow its true! I've worn the belt about 4 times at work and today was my weekly chiropractic adjustment and even my chiro noticed and said that this is the best my back has felt in a long time! I am miserable from the daily, never ending pain, and this product has finally given me just a bit of relief. I did buy an extra battery so the belt lasts my entire 8 hour shift. I am so happy those people mentioned their pain and herniated discs in their review and that I gave this product a shot! If you suffer from lower back pain, try this product.
