“I was looking for a heating/massage pad to use because I sit in a chair all day at a computer working. My back had been hurting more than usual. I bought this belt over other pads/belts that I researched because it comes with an extension piece that sticks to the belt for larger people. I am very happy with this belt; it feels wonderful with the heat/massage on. I always keep it on the lower heat setting because the high setting is too hot for me. The only complaint that I have is that it plugs into an outlet, so I can't wear it unless I am near one, and it is not mobile like if it was battery operated and chargeable. It is very soft and comfortable. I sleep with it on when my back is hurting. It automatically turns off after about 45 minutes though, so I have to keep restarting it if I am awake.”

“A heating pad or wrap is always a good thing to have but I often get stomach cramps from eating certain spicy foods and I read someone else's review how it helped with her menstrual cramps so I thought I would buy one and see if it would soothe my cramps and it really did.
