“Wow! I highly recommend this massager! First of all, when I put the massager on while standing, it helped my posture and relieved back pain from that point. Then I laid down, turned on the heat and massage and proceeded to fall asleep! It gets hot quickly so I use the lower setting. There are 2 modes for massage so you have choices and aren't stuck with something you can't use or don't like. I even used it on the backs of my thighs and calves.
